AI Strategy & Transformation · Bank-grade governance

Win your market with AI.

AI adoption is only 30% technology. The other 70% — change, process, governance, adoption — is where you win or stall. That's where I work.

I work inside your teams, not from the outside with slides — strategy through working software, delivered fast, with the capability left in-house.

The 70/30 thesis

The technology is the easy 30% — I know, because I've built it.

The frameworks, agents, and automations are the part that works. The 70% is turning them into compounding ROI at scale — on a long-term roadmap that wins your market. That's where I live.

Adoption enablers — the 70% in four disciplines.

  • Process Redesign & Operating Model. Re-architect the workflow and the target operating model around AI — not bolted onto yesterday's process.
  • Change Management. PROSCI-based adoption so the organization uses what was built, not just buys it.
  • Governance & Responsible AI. Bank-grade controls so AI scales without surprises.
  • Adoption Discipline. KPIs and benefits realization that hold the program to outcomes.
A business team collaborating around a table in a working session

AI adoption is a marathon — sprinters burn out.

The sprint mentality

  • · Chasing headlines and vendor pressure
  • · Pilots as theater — activity masquerading as strategy
  • · Same tools, same outputs as every competitor

The marathon mindset

  • · Foundational capability — data, systems, people
  • · Each layer strengthens the next; advantage compounds
  • · Your data + your judgment = outcomes competitors can't copy

The organizations that win build the right foundation — they don't just run first.

A runner in a race approaching the finish

How I work.

I lead, I don't replace

I work alongside your people and build with them, so the capability and the adoption stay after I leave.

I build, not just advise

I lead the design and build alongside engineering teams, delivering the frameworks, agents, and automations that run on enterprise platforms.

ROI over trends

Every engagement is anchored to a long-term business case and measurable return — not the latest model or hype cycle.

Working software, not slide decks

I use agentic AI to execute fast, and the tools we build can stay with your company.

Why me

Global-consultancy quality. 5–10× less cost.

The standard of a top-tier consultancy or a tier-one bank — delivered hands-on by one senior operator, not a pyramid of juniors billing by the hour.

Bank & Big-Four caliber

The strategy, governance, and delivery rigor I ran inside a top-tier global bank and global consultancies — applied directly to your program.

Results, not hours

Engagements are fixed-fee and anchored to a business case and measurable ROI — you pay for outcomes, not timesheets.

5–10× lower cost

Senior, partner-level delivery at a fraction of a Big-Four or bank-consulting engagement — no overhead, no markup, no learning on your dime.

I build with AI agents

Building with AI agents daily is why one senior operator ships in weeks — every agent registered, human-gated, staged, and reversible. And when a build needs deep engineering, I partner with the best vetted developers — directed by me, accountable to you.

The path — five moves, start where you are.

Know → Prove → Scale → Transform → Run. Each step answers one question and leaves you owning the artifacts — no step ever charges you for facts a cheaper one already gave you.

  • Fixed scope, fixed fee — known before we start
  • Start small — the Assessment fee credits toward the Strategy within 90 days
  • Scale only on proven value

About

A senior operator who has done this at scale.

I'm Piotr Klek, an AI strategy and transformation consultant who helps organizations win in their markets with AI — not just deploy it.

I led the creation and adoption of AI strategy across a 2,500+ person risk management organization within the COO function of a top-tier global bank — aligning a fit-for-purpose operating model to ROI, with a focus on speed and results. My program of operating-model redesign and AI implementation delivered $9M in run-rate savings. I'm technology-agnostic by design: I back whatever is fit for purpose to deliver the best return, not AI for its own sake. I've also worked with teams across 80+ countries on regulatory projects, and bring 10+ years in process automation, SDLC, and enterprise platform deployment — 300+ use cases delivered.

I partnered across every risk stripe a regulated institution demands — model risk, financial crime, information security, and AI/ML review — to govern AI responsibly, and I'm a PROSCI-certified change practitioner. That combination is the point: I make AI work where the stakes, scrutiny, and scale are real.

My thesis: AI is only 30% technology — the other 70% (adoption, process, governance) is where programs win or stall. Now I do that work independently, for organizations that want AI that's governed, adopted, and tied to results. Based in Tampa, FL.

Questions, answered.

We already have an AI team and tools. What do you add?

The 70% they're usually not resourced for — change management, process redesign, governance, and adoption discipline. I make sure what your team builds actually gets used and holds up to scrutiny. I make sure your AI implementation is successful and governed, based on the best practices on the market.

Are you technology- or platform-agnostic?

Yes. I'm not reselling a platform. I help you choose the right tools for your context and govern them — the strategy is independent of any vendor. I do due diligence on governance vendors — I can't also be their channel partner. You're paying for the one person in the room with no software quota.

How do you handle risk and compliance?

Bank-grade governance, scaled down to the needs of a company your size — tracked within the platform and aligned with whatever regulations apply to you.

How fast do we see results?

The Readiness Assessment delivers a prioritized view in 3–4 weeks. From there, the roadmap sequences quick wins early while building toward larger operating-model change.

Your services list is long — what should we buy first?

Whichever question you're stuck on. One diagnostic tells you where the money is, whether your data supports it, and which rules apply — all the facts, one fee. Then we prove it by building one thing and measuring it in 30 days. Higher steps only ever sell machinery and execution, never information you should have gotten cheaper.

How do we know what you build is safe and tested?

Everything I build passes a strict delivery-assurance standard — registered in your AI registry with a rollback plan, human-in-the-loop by default, tested with an evidence pack you keep, rolled out in stages, 30-day warranty. If it can't produce its evidence pack, it doesn't go live.

You're one senior operator, not a dev shop — how is quality assured?

Three ways: an eligibility rubric in writing (I build on your existing stack, internal-facing or human-reviewed, always reversible — and I decline what's not mine to build); staged rollouts with the code in your repo, not mine; and when a build needs deep engineering, I say so and direct a vetted engineer instead of pretending.

We already run a GRC program — does yours compete with it?

Never. Your GRC is the skeleton; AI governance arrives as an overlay — the registry maps into your platform, AI controls extend your existing control families, and AI risk reports into the committee pack your board already reads. You'll get two lists: what your GRC already covers (don't pay again), and what's genuinely new for AI.

Where does our data actually go?

Two kinds of machines: my tools and your appliances. My tools process what you hand me — under business contracts that forbid the AI vendors from keeping or learning from it, with deletion deadlines in the SOW; anything too sensitive is processed inside your walls instead. Everything I build permanently runs in your house: your tenant, your cloud, your API keys — nothing phones home to me. The registry is a document in your SharePoint or your GRC platform, not a service of mine. Revoking my access is one click.

Do you build AI agents?

Yes — governed ones. Agentic orchestration without process redesign automates chaos at machine speed. I build agents your board can defend: registered in your AI registry, human-in-the-loop where it matters, with a rollback switch.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is fixed-fee and scoped to your situation — you know the cost before we begin. On builds, part of my fee is only payable when your day-30 metric is hit. Request pricing and I'll respond within one business day with a range tied to scope.
